All classes are approximately 1 hour long except for CFO Kids, which are approximately 30 minutes long. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled class time to complete your warm up.

Crossfit Class

Basic CrossFit Workout of the Day, any level of experience allowed.

Free Intro Class

Our Free Intro Class is designed to be informative and fun! It’s approximately 1 hour long and includes all of the info you need, as well as a workout at the end of the class. Not only will you learn about CrossFit in general, and why we do what we do, you’ll also meet coaches and members of CFO and get a feel for how our ‘box’ operates.


We can also schedule a Private Free Intro during the week if you can’t make the Saturday. Email/call to set it up.

CFO Kids

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children ages 3-18, based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity.  CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.  CFO Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun.

CFO Barbell Club

The CFO Barbell Club’s focus is on participants experiencing the basic positions and learning the foundational points of the snatch and clean and jerk. These movements bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to training and are indispensable to CrossFit programming and developing a well-rounded athlete.


Open Gym

This is an unsupervised class time where members are expected to safely manage their own workout. It is highly recommended to have attended normal classes for several months before using open gym. You will be required to have an unlimited membership to attend open gym.

Foundations Classes are designed to teach people new to CrossFit all of the basic movements used in CrossFit. These classes are required when you first join our gym unless you have prior CrossFit experience at another affiliate. Our Foundations Classes consist of 3 successive classes and they must be attended in order during the same week. Foundations Classes are included in most of our membership packages.
