Strong Person

Strong-Person is a perfect way for CrossFitters (men and women) to increase strength. During the Strong-Person class participants will be moving heavy loads, long distances and doing so quickly. We will pick up heavy sandbags, flip tires, farmer carries, bench press, ski erg, and much more. Strong-Person class meets once a month, so make sure to keep your eye on the calendar.
