Jeremy Prusnek

Jeremy is an Orlando native with a Master’s degree in Counseling. He is motivated by helping people become better versions of themselves, mentally and physically. Jeremy has been part of the CrossFit community since 2012.

At CFO, Jeremy offers personal training for adults and children as well as individualized nutrition coaching for CFO members.
