Crossfit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1)
Bree was introduced to CrossFit in 2012 while searching for a new physical challenge.
Growing up, Bree was an all-star athlete and has always loved pushing herself to the limit. She played competitively in several sports, including basketball, softball and volleyball. From her background in sports, she developed a love for training. She began to dedicate her own time to researching biomechanics & movement patterns that would improve her performance and recovery.
This passion grew into a career, when she decided to help others by becoming a personal trainer 5 years ago. While personal training, she continued training in CrossFit & powerlifting. She realized that was her passion. She became a L1-CrossFit trainer, and plans on continuing her education within CrossFit and is currently pursuing her Pre-Script Level 1 coaching certification to help others to become fit, powerful and technical athletes.
