Part 1:
3 Rounds of:
AMRAP 4 Min
Max Rep Unbroken Shoulder to Overhead (165/110)
Max Cal Row in Remaining Time
Rest 2 mins between rounds
*Note you will enter 1 score on Sugar WOD. It will be your total STOH reps. The goal is to pick a weight you can go 6-8reps UB (min).

Part 2:
Gymnastics Time
You will have 15-20 mins to end class and work on a gymnastics movement. Gymnastics does not consist of weight lifting!!!! Here are some ideas:
Pull ups
Chest to bar Pull ups
Muscle Ups
Handstand Push-ups
Pistols
Push ups
Kipping
Butterfly
Rope Climb
This is a great time to work with your coach and find ways to attack your “goats!” Get at it and have some fun!
