  • Set 2: 85% x 3reps
  • Set 3: 95% x 1rep
  • Sets 4-6: 90% x 2reps
  • Rest 2 minutes between sets

 

Part 2:

6 Rounds

  • 45 seconds of double unders
  • 15 seconds of rest
  • 45 seconds of box jumps
  • 15 seconds of rest
  • 45 seconds of handstand push-ups
  • 15 seconds of rest
