Happy 4th of July! 9 am class only today.

Today’s WoD is the “Hope” charity fund raiser. We aren’t signed up as a gym to compete but if anyone wants to donate individually you can go to http://hope.crossfit.com/cures.

Three Rounds Of:

  • Burpees
  • Power Snatch (75/53)
  • Box Jump (24/20)
  • Thruster (75/53)
  • Chest to Bar Pull Ups

1 minute each station, no rest between stations. One minute rest between rounds. (same format as Fight Gone Bad)
