  • 1 Rope Climb
  • 5 Ring Dip
  • 10 Double Unders
  •  add 1 rep per round (10 to du’s), so round 2 is 2 rope climb, 6 ring dip, 20 double unders, etc. continuing to increase each round for 20 min.
