*Do the exercises the same way you would sing the 12 Days of Christmas song.Β On the 1st day of Christmas, my coaches gave to me,Β 1 Deadlift. On the second day, 2 Pistols, 1 deadlift. On the third day 3 Handstand Push Ups, 2 Pistols, 1 Deadlift. Etc…
