  • work up to heaviest possible, then repeat for 6 sets, rest 1 min between.

  • 50 Wall Ball
  • 5 Muscle Up
  • 40 Wall Ball
  • 4 Muscle Up
  • 30 Wall Ball
  • 3 Muscle Up
