  • EMOM Push Press – 5 x 5 (as heavy as possible unbroken, same weight for all sets)

Part 2:

Team Workout:

For 20 minutes,  while One team member runs 400m, the other team members do:

AMRAP

  • 20 Double Unders
  • 15 Wall Balls

When a partner returns from the run, tags the next partner who begins the run.

Incomplete rounds do not count toward the total.
