Notices: Gym is closed Saturday for CrossFit Level 1 Certification. Also, we’re working on starting kids classes again. 6:30 pm tonight we’re holding a class for 9-13 yrs old if anyone has kids they want to bring and try it out.

Part 2:

Double Alternating Tabata:

  • Push Ups
  • Air Squats

Score is lowest number of reps of each exercises performed in any one round, combined for both exercises. (If you do 5 of each the last round, and that was your lowest round, the score is 10).
