Reminder: O-lifting is at 6:30 today. Still normal class at the same time.

Also, we have some travel size fish oils and single serve protein shakes from StrongerFasterHealthier in the shop now – good stuff, even the chocolate fish oil (I was dubious). If you all like it, we’ll order more.

And, one last thing, anyone interested in doing a grass-fed cow share talk to me and lets make it happen.

  • 25 Burpee Jumps (must touch 1 foot above reach – use rings or bars)
