Every minute for 30 minutes complete:

  • 5 Pull Ups
  • 10 Push Ups
  • 15 Squats

Score will be number of rounds completed in a row on the minute, followed by number of rounds not completed in a minute for the remainder of the 30 minutes. So if you maintain the first 7 minutes on time, then complete 10 more rounds, your score is 7+10. If you don’t have a 20+ Cindy don’t expect to complete the full workout as RX.
