Notice: Gym will be closed Monday for memorial day, except at 9 am: we will be hosting the Memorial Day Murph. We’ll be having some visitors from other gyms, and everyone can do the workout whether you signed up on the official site or not. There will be scaled versions for everyone’s level.

Score is total meters. Double tabata is 16 rounds of 20s on 10s off. The C2 computer won’t count any meters during the rest phase if set correctly. You are allowed and encouraged to “paddle” during the rest phase so you don’t have to start each row from a dead stop.
