WoD:

Team workout, teams of 3 complete in order:

3 rounds:

  • 150 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 150 Pushups
  • Run 400m with 150 lbs.

The box jumps and pushups, 1 member works at a time. The run all 3 can go together, with the weights divided as desired. Team can’t move on to next round until last member is finished with run.
