  • 5-3-1 Front Squat

Part 2:

Partner WoD:

For total reps in 10 minutes:

  • Partner 1 performs 10 Knees to Elbows.
  • Partner 2 Performs Max Overhead Squats (45/33)

Score is total reps of Overhead Squats for the team.

3 person team, if needed, can have 3rd station hold a front plank for duration of each round, rotating through all 3 exercises.
