NOTICE: Some classes are cancelled for the holiday due to low registration. Check the schedule and get in touch if you really need/want another class time. I’ll be around, but guessing the few registered folks would all rather work out as a group.

  • 7 Thruster (135/93)
  • 7 Knees to elbows
  • 7 Deadlift (245/200)
  • 7 Burpees
  • 7 Kettlebell swings (2 pood/1.5 pood)
  • 7 Pull-ups
