- Mobility – Calves, Hamstrings, Wrists
- Jump Rope Practice – 3 minutes.
- 3x through: 10 tuck jumps, 10 toes to bar, 10 GHR or reverse hyper
- Practice Handstands, Handstand Walk, Handstand Pushups. Warm up to it then depending on your ability pick one of: Max HS Hold (on or off wall), Max HSPUs, Max distance HS walk. Record the scores & exercise.
