Warmup/Skills:

  • Mobility – Calves, Hamstrings, Wrists
  • Jump Rope Practice – 3 minutes.
  • 3x through: 10 tuck jumps, 10 toes to bar, 10 GHR or reverse hyper
  • Practice Handstands, Handstand Walk, Handstand Pushups. Warm up to it then depending on your ability pick one of: Max HS Hold (on or off wall), Max HSPUs, Max distance HS walk. Record the scores & exercise.

WoD:

3 rounds for time:

  • Run 800m
  • 50 Double Unders
