Everyone have a safe and happy New Years. Gym is closed Friday night and Saturday.

NOTICE: If anyone is having trouble registering for January classes, don’t panic. We’re changing the way some class registrations work, and there’s some changed class hours. Current members DO NOT need to sign up for new memberships – we’ll migrate you over to the new registration and you’ll have as many classes as you always did for the same price. Let us know if something seems amiss, but please just show up to your desired class for now if there’s any difficulty.

  • Mobility – Spend some time on the new foam rollers and with the lacrosse balls.
  • Burgener Cleans

  • Clean 1-1-1-1-1
