  • Shuttle Runs – Up and Down – 3 rounds, record time for each round. Rest 2-3 minutes between rounds.

Lift:

  • 5-3-1 Front Squat

WoD:

AMRAP 5 minutes:

  • 3 Knees to Elbows
  • 5 DB Thrusters (50/35)
