For those curious about the guy in the video yesterday jumping off the building, it’s a style of training/recreation known as parkour or freerunning. While we may not aspire to be Damien Walters (video below) we can all benefit from some comfort level of jumping, moving ourselves around and over obstacles, and falling down.
