Warmup/Skills:

  • Pullup Practice – Work on Stringing together pullups, active shoulders. If you have a good kip, practice the butterfly or go for max deadhang weighted pullup.

Lift:

  • Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3

WoD:

Double Alternating Tabata:

  • Pushups
  • Box Jumps

Score is total reps.
