Reminder: Kids intro session this Saturday at 10 am. If you have kids or know kids who’d be interested, bring them. Free session, should be lots of fun. More info on CrossFit Kids: http://www.crossfitkids.com/ (we’re working on adding a CF kids program and are doing this as a trial run).
