- for 15 minutes:
- Partner 1 Does 200m Farmer Carry (24/16)
- Partner 2 Does as Many Box Jumps (24/20) as Possible
- At switch, both partners complete 15 air squats.
Score is for rounds and reps of box jumps.
For odd numbers, a solo workout will be AMRAP 15 with 15 box jumps each round.
