Warmup/Skills:

  • Rowing Technique – Row 10 calories @ SR 30, 25, 20, resting in between. Pay attention to what stroke rate gives you the best result.
  • Squat Therapy & Hip Mobility.

WoD:

“Tabata This”

  • Tabata Squats
  • 1 minute rest
  • Tabata Pull Ups
  • 1 minute rest
  • Tabata Push Ups
  • 1 minute rest
  • Tabata Sit Ups
  • 1 minute rest
  • Tabata Row (cal)

Tabata rounds are 8 intervals of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, so 4 minutes at each exercise. Score for each exercise is the lowest reps in any round. Score for the workout is the total of the 5 exercises.
