Warmup/Skills

  • 2 mins practice Double Unders (as many as you can get).
  • rest
  • 2 mins get as many perfect pushups as you can – no snakey, legs or stomach pushups (many of us need some effort on this).
  • Practice DB cleans, discuss and Q&A kipping pullups (save most of the practice for the WoD).

  • 30 DB Squat Cleans (50/35)
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 30 Pull Ups
  • Run 1 mile
  • 30 Pull Ups
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 30 DB Squat Cleans
