Warmup/Skills
- 2 mins practice Double Unders (as many as you can get).
- rest
- 2 mins get as many perfect pushups as you can – no snakey, legs or stomach pushups (many of us need some effort on this).
- Practice DB cleans, discuss and Q&A kipping pullups (save most of the practice for the WoD).

- Run 1 mile
