- Burgener Warmup.
3 rounds for time of:
- 50 Squats
- 7 Muscle-ups
- 10 Hang power cleans (135/93)
Sub for muscle up is 3 ring dips and 3 pull-ups. Or jumping muscle ups if you can start with rings at eye level or above.
