For 15 minutes, tag team style, switching off after each circuit:
- 1 partner does a D-ball circuit (come in and find out)
- Other partner does max Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
- At each rotation, the team completes 20 pushups together, with 1 person working at a time
Score is total swings.
