Partner Workout

For 15 minutes, tag team style, switching off after each circuit:

  • 1 partner does a  D-ball circuit (come in and find out)
  • Other partner does max Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
  • At each rotation, the team completes 20 pushups together, with 1 person working at a time

Score is total swings.
