Scores are in for the first week of the Nutrition Challenge. Week 2 should be posted soon as well.

Everyone who sent in a log should have received their own feedback and scoring for the first week. A number of people missed out on easy points by not reporting sleep and water, or simply turning in a log of some sort. Lets get on it from here on out, don’t fail your teammates or yourself! Still plenty of time left for things to change, and don’t forget there’s bonuses available.

If you’re having trouble with the challenge, ask a trainer or your teammates for advice.
