- Practice Muscle ups and Progressions, or work on kipping pullups.
- Pistol variations
Five rounds for total reps of:
- Push Press (75/53) – 30 Seconds
- Rest 30 Seconds
- Burpees – 30 Seconds
- Rest 30 Seconds
- Pistols – (alternate legs, but each leg counts 1) – 30 seconds
- Rest 30 seconds
Score is total reps for all five rounds.
