  • Pistol variations

Five rounds for total reps of:

  • Push Press (75/53) – 30 Seconds
  • Rest 30 Seconds
  • Burpees – 30 Seconds
  • Rest 30 Seconds
  • Pistols – (alternate legs, but each leg counts 1) – 30 seconds
  • Rest 30 seconds

Score is total reps for all five rounds.
