PT test:

  1. 200m ball run (20/14)
  2. max pullups (without dropping off bar)
  3. max pushups (can rest in full plank position)
  4. total situps in 60 seconds
  5. max ring dips
  6. Tabata squats (final score is lowest # of squats in 20 seconds)
  7. 1 mile run
