And another send-off: Matt P. landed a job as a firefighter in Tampa and is leaving us for the time being, though he promises to visit and may be back. Matt usually trains in the mornings, and he’s a real firebreather. Take care of yourself Matt, and we know you love the benchmarks, so here we go!

  • 100 Push-ups
  • 100 Sit-ups
  • 100 Squats

Complete all reps of each exercise before moving to the next.
