Partner Workout. 1 person working at a time at stations, both working together on the loops:

First the team moves their target stack of bumpers into place. Then:

100 Thrusters (85/53)

Loop of Burpee Broad Jumps

100 GHD Situps

Loop of Partner Carry

10 Rope Climbs

Loop of Wheelbarrow Run

Then team moves stack of plates back to original position.
