“Tabata This”

  • Tabata Squats
  • 1 minute rest
  • Tabata Pull Ups
  • 1 minute rest
  • Tabata Push Ups
  • 1 minute rest
  • Tabata Sit Ups
  • 1 minute rest
  • Tabata Row (cal)

Tabata rounds are 8 intervals of 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, so 4 minutes at each exercise. Score for each exercise is the lowest reps in any round. Score for the workout is the total of the 5 Tabatas.

Jay, who is in the process of moving away for work, will be sorely missed around the gym! He's promised to visit on weekends.
