Every 4 minutes for a total of 6 sets, complete the following as quickly as possible:
- 3 Deadlift (use approx. 85% of your 1RM)
- 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
- 200 m Run
(Rest the remainder of the 4 minute cycle. รย Record the time to completion in each of the 6 sets.)
