Every 4 minutes for a total of 6 sets, complete the following as quickly as possible:

  • 3 Deadlift (use approx. 85% of your 1RM)
  • 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • 200 m Run

(Rest the remainder of the 4 minute cycle. ร‚ย Record the time to completion in each of the 6 sets.)
