Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3

Then:

“Death by Double Under”

Do 1 double under the first minute, 2 double unders the second minute, 3 double unders the third minute, etc. Continue as long as you can complete the required reps in the minute. If you cannot do double unders tuck jumps will be the sub.
