With our first challenge over, everyone has been asking us when we’re going to start the next one. Monday, March 29th, the next challenge will begin! Like the first one, we will compare times and scores of certain workouts that are performed near the start of the challenge and then repeat them again towards the end. Which workouts we’ll be using won’t be announced to discourage any sandbagging!

Our second challenge will also follow a new, improved format for tracking our contestants’ progress. Every other week, participants will sit down with one of our trainers to weigh in and look over their food log while going over any questions they might have.

Registration will be Monday through Wednesday, March 22-29. Entry cost is $20. The top winners will earn an assortment of prizes. Pictures will be taken at registration.
