As the gym gets busier, it’s becoming more important that everyone register for their classes. The online class registration and cancellation deadline is now 2 hours. If you need to make a last minute change give us a call and we’ll work something out.  If you have trouble with our registration system please let us know and we’ll be glad to assist.

Moving forward, the class schedule is going to be entirely based on what’s posted on Mindbody, allowing us to be more flexible with coach scheduling, intro classes, and special events. This means again that everyone needs to check the Mindbody schedule and make sure to sign up for the classes they want. Also, coming soon we’ll have options to sign up and pay for classes entirely online.

Note there’s some minor schedule changes. Namely there’s now a 6 am class every day, a friday 2:30, and a couple of the class times that have low attendance have been cut back to fewer days. If you notice a class missing that you really wanted, let us know and we’ll see what we can work out.

Up for consideration is having a weightlifting-specific class, likely at 7:30 pm, 2 nights, that would focus on the basic lifts as well as olympic lifts. Give us feedback if you’re interested.

And last but not least, the “beginner” classes are going to change a little bit again, going back to having a set time every day for a group intro class, as well as an optional private intro series for those who need a different time slot. Check the “getting started” section for more info.
