Paleo Challenge comes to an end – we’ll be repeating some of the WoDs from the first week of the challenge. If you don’t manage to make it to a repeat WoD for your scoring, come in this weekend and we’ll be having make ups in the Saturday and Sunday class. Also come prepared to weigh in and take your “after” pictures. Good luck to everyone!

Also note there’s some minor schedule changes. Namely there’s now a 6 am class every day, a friday 2:30, and a couple of the class times that have low attendance have been cut back a bit to fewer days. If you notice a class missing that you really wanted, let us know and we’ll see what we can work out.

Up for consideration is having a weightlifting-specific class, likely at 7:30 pm, 2 nights, that would focus on the basic lifts as well as olympic lifts. Give us feedback if you’re interested.

Bodyweight Max Tests:

1) 400m run or 500m row
2) max pullups (without dropping off bar)
3) max pushups (without resting on floor. can hold in plank)
4) total situps in 60 seconds
5) Tabata squats (final score is lowest # of squats in 20 seconds)
