Really nice video from last year’s FilFest, where I’m at this weekend. 2010 video was great too, and I’m sure will be posted soon. Miss you guys, but meeting lots of awesome people and getting some great ideas.

As many rounds as possible  (AMRAP) in 30 minutes:

Partner workout.

30 Med Ball Situps (20/14) – Ball touches floor above head then is thrown to partner as you sit up.

30 Thrusters (45/33) – 1 partner works while other partner holds in a squat (bodyweight). Split the reps up as desired.

Wheelbarrow 2x length of the gym, swap partners halfway. (1 partner holds other’s legs to assist walk on hands).

400 m Ball run (20#)- carry the ball any way you like – up on shoulder is suggested, partners must stay together and can pass the ball back and forth.
