We’ve gotten a lot of requests to hold another free workout session, so we’re going to do just that. The next free workout will be held on February 27th at 11am. Like the others, this workout will be fun and challenging, and people of all fitness levels will be able to participate. We will utilize natural movements that we do every day and train them at a high intensity that is scaled to your level of fitness.

The workout will begin with a warm-up where our coaches will be able assess your current physical condition as to ensure proper safety and form during the workout.
