We’ll be holding a Nutrition Q/A session next Saturday, February 6th, at 11AM. This is open to both current members and the public. Our trainers will be discussing the basics of healthy nutrition habits as well as answering any questions you might have. For those of you taking part in our New Years Nutrition Challenge, this is also your chance to ask us for assistance you need in tweaking your current diet plan. We’ll also be grilling, so if you’d like to bring some Paleo-approved snacks, feel free to do so. This session will be an hour long, but could run past noon.
