We’ll be doing a number of somewhat standardized workouts and benchmarks this week. Two reasons for this: one is it’s a new year and a good time to set goals, so what better way than to check out our numbers on some benchmarks. Two, we’ll be comparing some workout scores from this week to repeated WoD’s the final week of the Paleo Diet Challenge 8 weeks from now.

1) 400m run or 500m row
2) max pullups (without dropping off bar)
3) max pushups (without resting)
4) total situps in 60 seconds
5) Tabata squats (final score is lowest # of squats in 20 seconds)
