Short and intense Benchmark. Plan accordingly. We’ll be doing a light warm up beforehand, and hope to fill a few names in on the leaderboards.
A little bit about pukie (image from CrossFit.com): Pukie the clown is a cartoon that’s been floating around the CF community making fun of the fact that CF’ers occasionally do “meet Pukie” during high intensity workouts. My feeling on that is if it happens, something’s probably wrong. Usually with the food quality in the diet, water consumption, meal timing, or scaling of a workout. It certainly is not a goal of our training.
