Free Intro

We’re now offering free intro sessions for first-time members. The free session lasts about an hour, and you’ll learn basic movements used in our workouts, as well as be given an overview of how our classes work. You’ll also get to experience a short workout, so come prepared. We’ll answer any questions you have and discuss your needs and training options.

We have an ongoing free intro class on Saturdays at 9 AM. Please call or book online to schedule for this class, it has limited spots.
