All classes are approximately 1 hour long except for CFO Kids’, which are approximately 30 minutes long. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled class time to complete your warm up. Please register for classes in advance whenever possible.

Free Intro Class

Our Free Intro Class is designed to be informative and fun! It’s approximately 1 hour long and includes all of the info you need, as well as a workout at the end of the class. Not only will you learn about CrossFit in general, and why we do what we do, you’ll also meet coaches and members of CFO and get a feel for how our ‘box’ operates.


We can also schedule a Private Free Intro during the week if you can’t make the Saturday.

CFO Kids

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching Greg Glassman’s CrossFit to children ages 3-18, based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity.  CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids.  CFO Kids is meant to be BIG fun for all ages. Broad-Inclusive-General fun.

The Iron Maidens Barbell Club was created to empower women to feel comfortable on the lifting platforms while helping to improve barbell technique and form.  From perfecting form to setting a new personal record, the Iron Maidens Barbell Club is your path to becoming a strong and confident lifter.   “The myth that women shouldn’t lift heavy is only perpetuated by women who fear work and men who fear women.”-Unknown.
The Iron Maidens Barbell Club is designed for ALL LEVELS of athletes. If you’ve completed our Foundations classes and/or been a member of a CrossFit gym for at least a few weeks, you’re good to go!

Open Gym

This is an unsupervised class time where members are expected to safely manage their own workout. It is highly recommended to have attended normal classes for several months before using open gym. You will be required to have an unlimited membership to attend open gym.



The Original Mobility & Mimosas (M&M) Class

Mobility is a broad concept that comprises joint range of motion (ROM), muscular tension, soft tissue and joint capsule restrictions, adhesions, tendon resilience, neuromuscular coordination, proprioception, the biomechanics of positioning, and knowledge of the proper form for a movement. It includes stretching, mashing, rolling and so much more. Mimosas are an adult beverage that usually includes champagne and some sort of fruit juice (or a mixture of juices).

As CrossFitters, we don’t often spend a lot of time on mobility, even though we should. Knowing this, we started The Original Mobility & Mimosas class (M&M for short) so that our members would at least get some mobility in each week. And mimosas make everything better (similar to hot sauce), so we end the session with a mimosa or two and some good fellowship with the CFO community. Of course you don’t have to drink mimosas to participate.

Foundations Classes are designed to teach people new to CrossFit all of the basic movements used in CrossFit. These classes are required when you first join our gym unless you have prior CrossFit experience at another affiliate. Our Foundations Classes consist of 3 successive classes and they must be attended in order during the same week. Foundations Classes are included in most of our membership packages. Yoga @ CFO

We all love CrossFit’s high intensity but most of us don’t find/make the time to stretch the muscles we work so hard. Yoga @ CFO is the perfect place to come realign your chakras, release some stress and allow those muscles to relax and lengthen, helping you move better and prevent injury. This is a great companion with the Mobility class. Open to members and non-members. Namaste!
