I’m Michelle. I’ve been coaching for over 10 years and still get goose bumps every time I find myself in a gym where people are working hard to improve their bodies, minds and ultimately, their life! I played sports all my life and throughout college, so being active and healthy is the only way of life that I know. I have been coined the Tupperware queen at work and if I miss a workout, I am simply not myself. When I am not at the gym, you can find me wondering around Trader Joe’s enjoying their free samples or sneaking in a Broadway show at the Dr. Phillips Center. Enough about me.
The real question is, what can I do for you? I am here to help you reach your full potential as a CrossFit athlete and hopefully as a human being. My main message is that you only live once, so what are you doing TODAY to make this day the best day of your life? Do.Not.Wait. Get started now.
