I was introduced to Crossfit in 2011 in order to prepare for collegiate lacrosse. After a year of playing at the college level, I decided it was not for me and began investing my time into my health and fitness. CrossFit has become a big factor in not only my health and fitness but also my overall lifestyle and well being. The mix of community and competition was the perfect mix to substitute team sports and still keep the intensity of competing against each other every day. I have had the pleasure to learn from so many great coaches and hope that I can transfer all the knowledge that has been passed down to me. From nutrition to movement and strength, all aspects of CrossFit have had a positive affect on my physical and mental abilities.
