			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just a quick reminder, we need your logs. Some people are losing out and costing their team points by not submitting a full week&#8217;s log or a log at all. Don&#8217;t make me chase you down for it. If you&#8217;re not using Beyondthewhiteboard either send me each week&#8217;s log on Friday night, or, a notice of where I can see the log online. Also, don&#8217;t forget to email info on sleep and water intake if your log system doesn&#8217;t note those.</p>
<p>The challenge is still entirely up in the air, it&#8217;s not too late to get back in the race for any of the teams, so get on track and submit those logs!</p>

<p>“Fight Gone Bad”</p>
<p>In this workout you spend one minute at each of five stations, resulting in a a five-minute round after which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. This event calls for three rounds. The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. On call of rotate the athletes must move to the next station immediately. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower, where each calorie is one point. The stations are:</p>
